Does it provide a fixed quotation?
No. It provides an estimate using the prices and rules entered by the carpet cleaning business. The estimate note makes clear that final pricing can depend on size, condition, fibre type, access and treatments.
Where is customer information stored?
The free widget does not create a database or send details to Local Edge Digital. It prepares the selected contact action on the customer device. WhatsApp, telephone or email then handles the conversation. If the business purchases a CRM integration, submitted enquiry details can instead be sent to its own compatible CRM account.
Will it work in WordPress and Elementor?
The generated calculator is self-contained HTML, CSS and JavaScript and is designed for an HTML widget or custom-code block. Some platforms restrict scripts, so always test the published page.
